Teaching Evaluations
Each year faculty members are asked to sit in on a class of a college to evaluate their teaching. Evaluations are kept confidential to protect the integrity of an honest evaluation. Evaluations should be submitted to the chair by the end of the quarter in which the evaluation was done. Evaluations are used by the chair to help faculty improve their teaching style/skills. Evaluations are also used in promotion reviews.
