Building Access and Security
Foege is a secure building and all authorized personnel are issued access cards to the building. Please do not allow anyone to “piggyback” with you in the elevator or through secured entry doors, unless it’s someone you work with.

                                                         Access for Employees:
Husky Card. If you are a regular, temporary, visiting, affiliate, or adjunct employee, you may obtain a Husky Card for building access on your second day of work. Please email gsadmin [at] uw.edu with your Employee ID (EID) or Student ID (SID) under your picture on your card, along with any lab affiliation(s), and one of our Building Access Coordinators (BACs) will add interior Foege accesses for you. Your building access will end when you are no longer an employee or a student. All members of the UW community with a Husky card have access to the common areas of South Foege (ground floor auditorium, 1st floor lobby and Vista CafĂ©), but you’ll need additional interior access to get into the labs.

Access for on-going Temporary Employees, Vendors, Contractors, and Collaborators:
