Steps to OnboardingĀ  a Volunteer

1. Fill out and return the Volunteer Service agreement to HR.

2. Once the service agreement is approved by the GS Administrator, please meet with the HR Manager (Foege, room S250) to obtain building access for your volunteer.

3. If your volunteer will be accessing GS computer resources, he/she will need to fill-out and return the “Privacy, Confidentiality, and Information Security Agreement” form.
