Genome Sciences is located in the W.H. Foege Building which is at the intersection of 15th Ave NE and NE Pacific St.  The Foege building has north and south wings.  We occupy the south wing.

From I-5
Take exit 169 and drive east on NE 45th Street approximately 1/2 mile to 15th Avenue NE.   Turn right and drive south on 15th Ave NE, crossing NE Pacific St.  Continue 1 block south, following the road as it veers left to become Columbia Road. Stop at the Gate 6 parking kiosk to purchase a parking permit and get directions. 

From I-90
Take the I-5 north exit. Drive past downtown Seattle, and then follow the directions above from I-5.   

From SR-520
Take the Montlake Boulevard exit. Drive north on Montlake Blvd. crossing the bridge. At the first light after the bridge, turn left onto NE Pacific Street. Drive west approximately 1/4 mile.  Turn left onto 15th Avenue NE. Continue 1 block south, following the road as it veers left.  Stop at the Gate 6 parking kiosk to purchase a parking permit and get directions. 

Parking
Parking Services staff at Gate 6 will issue you a parking permit and give you directions to the nearest available lot.
The cost of a daily parking permit for visitors is $20.25.  Prorated refunds are available on exit for visits lasting less than 4 hours.  Genome Sciences will cover the cost of parking for some GS visitors.  Please email gsadmin [ a t ] u.washington.edu at least one day in advance to inquire whether your visitor qualifies.

To access the WH Foege loading dock
Follow the directions towards the parking kiosk above.  Just after you pass the Ocean Sciences Building on your left and before you reach Gate 6, turn left to enter the loading dock.  Once inside the loading dock area, proceed to the left for the Foege dock.
