THINGS TO CONSIDER FOR NEW AND EXPERIENCED PROJECTOR USERS

 

PROJECTOR QUESTION & ANSWER SHEET

 

1) What is the Reservation Process?

A. Check the updated projector schedule online at        http://www.gs.washington.edu/office/projector.htm.

B. Email Jessica at admin@gs.washington.edu with the date, time and preferred (yet available) projector

 

2) What is the Checkout Process?

A. Find your reserved projector (see #1)

B. On the Sign-Out sheet, sign it Out when you take it and In when it is returned

 

3) Which projector is which?

            Boxlight    

-         Includes the projector without a bag and the medium duffel bag for cables and accoutrements       

-         Parts are marked with green tape

 

Large Sayno

-         Found in the torn larger duffel bag

-     Parts are marked with yellow tape

 

Small Projector

-         Found in the smallest black duffel bag

-         Parts are marked with red tape

 

VGA Multiswitch

-     Found in the flat duffel bag, usually located on top of the cabinet

      -     Parts are marked with white tape

 

4) What if the projector does not work? 

            a. Check to make sure it’s plugged in

b. Contact the IT group by visiting Alex or Charles in K327, emailing them at rt@gs.washington.edu, or calling them at 685-7352

Note: K355 only checks out the projectors, we do not know how they operate, so please go to the IT group for all of your operational needs
