Research:
My project involves genomic scale screening of bacterial mutant libraries.  I’m working on computer image analysis of bacterial growth for high throughput quantification of mutant phenotypes. I’m also working on a complete screen of Francisella novicida for growth on carbon sources and growth on basic stress conditions including pH, oxidative stress and antibiotic stress.
